(中)我們將針對各類型的全球性整合,像國際貿易、跨國企業直接外人投資、短期有價證券基金的流動、科技普及和跨國界移民等,做一個清晰和全面性的探討。 |

how globalization, especially economic globalization (which embraces diverse
forms of international integration, including foreign trade, multinational
direct foreign investment, movement of short-term portfolio funds,
technological diffusion, and cross-border migration) works and how it can do better.

學期成績計算方式 (Grading) |
1.
Participation (10%):Students must read
carefully the assigned chapters before classes and are encouraged to
participate actively in discussions. Absence for over two weeks will
seriously affect grades. 2.
Questions posing and discussion (30%): Students are formed in groups
of less than FIVE. Each group is required to choose a week’s topic (weeks
3-11) and pose no less than THREE questions, after reading and discussing
thoroughly the required chapters, THREE days before the class on the teaching
platform. The class discussion will discuss the questions posed. Each week
will accommodate no more than TWO groups. 3.
Response to questions (20%):The
group posing the questions must respond in writing on the teaching platform
after class discussion within ONE week. 4.
Mid-term and Final exams (40%). |
