柒、教學內容及進度：

本課程旨在探討與東南亞產業與企業組織相關之課題，藉由對東南亞企業與投資之環境的了解，使研究者及實務工作者得以體會東南亞在全球貿易體系的地位，以及在東南亞成功經營企業之道。舉凡市場結構與產業政策、產業投資與重整、政府管制以及國際產業合作，都是我們所希望瞭解的議題。希望藉由課程的發展，讓學生能夠熟習東南亞國家的產業與企業體制，以及各國國內與國際有關產業的管制與合作策略。課程目的包括：

l 探討東南亞產業發展的起源與策略

l 各國在影響產業發展上所採的管制措施

l 區域內及與其他地區之產業的聯結關係

l 了解東南亞的整體企業與投資環境

l 現代之國際性企業與投資之道

l 探討東南亞企業網絡的內涵與優劣

l 檢討東南亞在企業變革上應採取的措施
